I have it on good authority that back in the late 80's - early 90's none other than Ross Jeffries appeared on the "Morton Downey Jr" television show.

On this show Ross, going under yet another assumed name, claimed to have been abducted by ALIENS.

OK, let's start with today's lesson--What's
Brain Wave Entrainment (BWE)?

Generally speaking, Brain Wave Entrainment
is a process where the brain synchronizes to
and resonates with an external stimuli.
